Trauma and loss is a body-mind-interpersonal issue.

Traumatic incidents, burn-out jobs, prolonged distressing relationships, or situations can have lasting impact on our perceptions of ourselves and negatively impact our health. Political and ecological anxiety may be adding to your sense of despair and helplessness.  Heightened negative emotions and trauma resides in our bodies, causing muscle tension, headaches, digestive issues, fatigue, weight gain, poor concentration, and sleep problems.  Using the latest interventions  in the Emotional Freedom Technique and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy we can develop a treatment plan to address what is holding you back and treat it one comfortable step at a time, enabling healing on all levels.  You can breathe deeply again and focus on filling out your life rather than sheltering inside yourself. Every session you will leave with an intervention designed specifically to help you.

Don’t put off feeling better.  I have the tools to help you.

Change is scary but not as scary as staying stuck. I will work with you to clear the traumas and help you resolve what’s bothering you. I know how to help you build a better life one step at a time.
